How much should I eat? We get this question a lot and well, it depends. There are many variables that dictate how much you personally should consume to get the desired effects. Things like body size, metabolism, and your general tolerance can all hinder or amplify how your specific body will react to a THC edible. We recommend starting small. Our gummies are 5mg and starting with ½ of one is a great place to get a baseline. You can always eat more, if desired, but you can't go back and eat less. We recommend giving the edible 45 minutes to an hour to feel the benefits kicking in.
